Tidbits for Success: What Does Our Mirror Say?

Does what you promote and demonstrate in business match what you are trying to convey to your clients?

  • Do you sell high end dentistry, yet your office is cluttered or in disrepair?
  • Do you demand your team be early, yet you show up late?
  • Do you demand that your team gives extra effort, yet you often slide out early?
  • Do you want patients to feel relaxed and engaged, yet you ignore your team members and cause stress by your actions?

Remember that when you point a finger, three of them are pointing back at you. 

I know I have a lot to work on.  I challenge us all to better represent that which we want!
