“This is my third time using Denco Dental Construction, so that alone says a lot about Denco and the services they provide.  Denco has done two previous buildouts for my company, but this project was different and going to be more of a challenge.  The plan was to take a 50-year-old building with 5 operatories and convert it into a beautiful new building with 8 operatories, a new front desk area, and doctor’s office while making sure this happened with as little downtime as possible.  Steve and his team took this project on with little hesitation.  First of all, their bid came in within the range we estimated.  Second, the timeline was mapped out with full collaboration with our team and doctors to minimize the downtime.  The timeline was followed, the budget slightly adjusted, even with all the surprises a 50-year-old building can throw at you and the project was finished on time.  We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and everyone we worked with at Denco.  We will be using Denco in the future.  We even tried to get Steve to do a project for us in Utah, but he is too busy focusing on his Arizona clients right now.  With all the craziness going on in the construction/remodeling world right now, Steve and his team will cut through the craziness and give you a final product on time and within budget.  Thanks Steve and Denco!”
