Is it not?
Opinions… We all have them…
When we meet a person, we may instantly size them up and have an opinion. Within the first few moments of a discussion we can form an opinion as to their character, their professionalism, and their level of eagerness to provide what you may need.
When we walk into a restroom, we can instantly form an impression – not only of the restroom, but of it’s owners!
When we walk into an office or place of business, we can instantly come to a decision about its character and value.
So why is it we often ignore what we do, how we look, and the details of our office? Do we take into consideration whether our office is welcoming? Does it have a “dated appearance”? Do we make a patient, client, or visitor feel welcome? Do we display an eagerness to provide the best service we can to meet their needs and answer their questions?
Perhaps it would be helpful to look at our own offices as if we were looking through someone else’s eyes. Do what others see, from their perception, line up with the type of dentistry you are WANTING your office to portray?
