Denco Is Committed To The Environment
At Denco, we understand the importance of preserving the environment and reducing waste while at the same time helping the client remain within budget in pursuit of their dream. Often, a client will have usable items from their current office that they would like to repurpose for the new space. We make every effort to accommodate this desire, but unfortunately this is not always possible.
Salvaging and storing items during a build can actually add to the final cost of the project. Sometimes, simply dismantling an item is not possible. If it is, the extra man-hours needed for proper handling, preserving, and packaging in addition to the storage fees and costs for modifying the pieces to fit the new office can sometimes be twice the cost of disposing of these items and building new. This is not always the case, but when salvaging and reusing is not within the client’s new design concept or within their budget, we make every effort to keep the materials out of our landfills.
We work closely with local charities that have invested themselves on behalf of the less fortunate in order to build homes, support programs to aid the underprivileged, and create jobs. They are grateful to Denco when offered items they can repurpose for their needs.

It all starts with sitting down with our client to determine their needs, wants, objectives, and goals. We have created an exceptional process in which we are able to take what people have in their mind, put it on paper and bring it to life in building (or remodeling) their office! It is about asking the right questions, often questions that the client doesn’t even know should be considered and truly listening to the client.

EXECUTION
No one understands our clients as well as we do. We take the time to put all notes/changes/selections on our final working drawings (which we call our yellow construction plans). These “yellow plans” have all the architectural permitted plans, approved cabinetry drawings, approved material finishes, and any additional notes that have been created and added along the way. Our stress-free process and systems along with these plans create a project that is always delivered on time, while saving the client time and money.
