Tidbits for Success: Your Voice Counts

In a career that will span 70,000 hours or more, your voice matters.

So often we tend to lose our voice by not speaking up.  We allow a person in our life to redirect, change, or control who we are and what we do.  This may result in poor self worth or an inferiority complex.

If you find yourself going down a path that is not you nor where you want to be, its time to stand up and find your voice.  Only you can make that happen.  Often times, finding your voice and speaking up for yourself may require getting professional help.

Years ago, I struggled with poor self worth and value.  I spoke up, found help in an excellent counselor, and was able to get back on the path that I was created for.

Stay true to your convictions and the vision you have set for yourself.  Speak up and be authentic.  Your career will be all the more fulfilling.

Your voice matters.
Make it count and be the person you are destined to be!

“Silence stifles your truth, so speak up and let your voice be heard.”
