When reaching out to the family unit, consider how valuable women are for their roles in all they do and the decisions they make…have you considered their value to your success? And I’m not just talking about their wisdom, their great advice or their ability to sense things unsaid.
According to the United States Department of Labor, women make 90% of all healthcare decisions for their families and is one of the most dominant factors in the choices their families make. If you fail to reach out to women, they could possibly go elsewhere! You owe it to yourself to reach out to them!
The good news is that women are easily reached since 90% of all moms in America (any age) are online. With young mothers, the web is a natural.
Think about your office; it’s appearance, the restrooms, interaction on the phone and in person. What is the effect that is made by you, your team and your office and how are all these elements impacting how you reach women? Remember, women make most of the decisions.
Look at your bottom line: From a woman’s perspective, what is your lasting impression? Respect the value of women and let it be reflected in how you reach out to them.
