Two Months Ahead of Schedule, and Beyond Expectations
I don’t write reviews often, but this one is easy to put together.
We just completed the build-out for our new oral surgery clinic, and working with Denco Dental Construction was an excellent experience from start to finish. Steve is a consummate professional who runs an outstanding company. His entire team is courteous, patient, and highly professional. They genuinely care about your project, and it’s clear that delivering a great result means something to them. They go to great lengths to ensure you’re happy, sparing no effort to get things right.
Denco is a company built on good people at every level—from the subcontractors all the way to the top with Steve. They are incredibly organized, efficient, and experienced. Their well-structured process made a huge difference in keeping our project on track. I was amazed at how smoothly construction progressed, and we were ready for delivery nearly two months ahead of schedule.
Our budget was respected throughout the project, and anytime an addition or change came up, Steve was fair and transparent about pricing. More often than not, he would simply call it in our favor or cut us a great deal because he’s a true gentleman.
A huge thank you to the entire Denco team—especially Charlie for his attention to finishes and Matt, our superintendent, for keeping everything running seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.
