How Do You “Feel”? Pt 2 of 2

… Are you providing a profound, compelling, original experience, for everyone who comes in contact with you?

When those people walk away with an encounter with you, do they feel important? That you listened? That you care? That they made a good choice in the investment of their time (and resources)?

How is this accomplished? By paying attention to the everyday details, and that nothing escapes your eye, like the attention of a mother to a child!

Look at all aspects… The process, the feelings, outcomes. Go through the process of how someone enters your business… Feel the process and interactions. How words are formed between you, what transpires you to do what you do. Then recognize your desired feelings as you leave the place you have been.

All of this is critical. All of this shapes the outcome and how the patient feels about their experience and ultimately, you and your business.

This is your future think about it!

“One never notices what has been done; one can only see what remains to be done.”

– Marie Currie
