Dazzle Dental

In 2008 Dazzle Dental chose Denco Dental Construction as its general contractor for 2 new dental tenant improvement projects totaling nearly $2,000,000 in value. Each new office was approximately 6.500 sq, ft in size with 19 dental chairs. These offices included adult chairs, ortho chairs and pedo chairs. Steve Anderson, the President of Denco came to our architect meetings and offered excellent suggestions for improving the overall office design. He offered cost saving suggestions as well as unique ideas to enhance the overall look of the office. His staff includes individuals who can assist in interior decorating choices as well. He also offered suggestions for ways to improve the ergonomics of the front and back office areas. Our offices are themed and Steve and his staff were able to find cost effective ways to implement our design ideas.

Once construction started, I was very impressed with the professional on-site supervisors who were respectful and easy to work with. With themed designs, there are often many on-site changes that need to be made. His staff handled the changes with ease. In addition, due to the amount of experience of Steve and his staff with Dental construction, l did not have to baby sit the project during the initial stages of layout and demolition. Steve and his team worked seamlessly with our equipment supplier to finalize equipment layout and installation.

I was also impressed with the speed of construction. Both offices were completed several weeks before the contract date and my expectations. In addition, the overall quality and attention to detail was excellent Steve paid much more attention to the quality of the finish work than I did, which was a nice change of pace. Final punch list items were handled quickly and warranty items have been taken care of promptly.

Denco also worked well with our lender. Banks often require substantial paperwork, construction budgets, lien release waivers etc. before they will fund the project Denco was willing to meet the extensive requirements of our lenders in a way that limited the amount of time l had to be personally involved.

Renovation and Expansion. Denco completed a renovation and expansion of an existing office totaling $250,000. This was a difficult construction project as we asked Denco to work in an office that was open 6 days/week. They were willing to have crews come in early or stay late so that the existing office was minimally disturbed. They were careful to minimize noise and dust so that the current patients were not bothered by the construction. They kept us informed of the construction schedule so that the office staff knew what to expect on a daily basis.

Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Denco team. Steve and his team are respectful and have integrity. I am very happy with how the offices turned out and how quickly they were constructed. I would recommend Denco Dental Construction to anyone.
